Key-Aid Ace Hardware: A Tradition of Service Since 1965

Founded in 1965 as an animal health retailer, Key-Aid Inc. began humbly in a chicken house on a Mennonite farm. Known locally as "Cow Aid" in PA Dutch, the business was built on a commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service—values that remain at the heart of everything we do.

As our community grew, so did we. In 1991, Key-Aid joined the Ace Hardware family and moved to our current location on West Main Street in Ephrata. With over 11,000 square feet of retail space, we expanded our offerings allowing us to serve you better than ever before.

Now owned by Mike and Elliott Pfautz, Key-Aid Ace Hardware is proud to be a trusted part of the local community. Our knowledgeable and friendly associates are here to help you find what you need, when you need it.
